Storage:  Always store in the fridge after delivery. To store our gluten-free bread, place it in a bread box and recycle the plastic bag, as it traps moisture and makes the bread go soggy. If you haven’t used the bread within 3 days, freeze it so the loaf doesn’t dry out.
